The VSHA board is comprised of 11 annually elected resident volunteers.
The monthly meetings usually occur on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7pm either in person at the Pool House or via Zoom. Discussions vary, but may include the budget, approval review for upcoming resident construction, project work needed with the development, etc. Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Reach out to Tom Fiesinger if you are interested in attending and he will sent you the link to the Zoom meeting.
The annual meeting for the homeowners association is held in November. Prior to the meeting, ballots are distributed to all residents for the election of the 11 members. Homeowners are encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting or to vote by proxy if they are unable to attend. At the meeting, the current year's Association business is reviewed, and the new Directors are voted in. The Board of Directors then establishes the budget and sets the homeowners assessment amounts for the following year.
